Oak Hollow Farms is a private event and wedding venue located in Orland, California. Our website and services are provided for informational, booking, and communication purposes related to events hosted at our venue.

By using this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

All event bookings at Oak Hollow Farms are subject to a separate written event contract. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and your signed event contract, the event contract shall govern.

Bookings are not considered confirmed until:

• A signed contract is received

• Required deposits or payments are made

Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment schedules, deposits, cancellation policies, and refunds are outlined in your individual event agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation

• Oak Hollow Farms reserves the right to cancel events for non-payment or breach of contract

To preserve the beauty and safety of Oak Hollow Farms:

• Guests must comply with all posted rules and staff instructions

• Any damage to property caused by you, your guests, or vendors will be your responsibility

• Illegal activity, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited

Oak Hollow Farms reserves the right to remove individuals who violate venue rules.

Clients may work with outside vendors subject to venue approval and policies outlined in the event contract.

Oak Hollow Farms is not responsible for the services, actions, or performance of third-party vendors, including but not limited to photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, or rental companies.

Oak Hollow Farms is not responsible for events impacted by weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God

• Natural disasters

• Power outages

• Government restrictions

Alternative arrangements may be offered when possible but are not guaranteed.

By attending events at Oak Hollow Farms, you acknowledge that photographs or video may be taken on the property. Oak Hollow Farms may use such media for promotional purposes unless a written request is submitted in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Oak Hollow Farms is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property

• Guests attend events at their own risk

• Clients assume responsibility for their guests and vendors

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oak Hollow Farms, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your event, your guests, or your vendors.

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Oak Hollow Farms and may not be used without written permission.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and handle personal information responsibly.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within California.
