Our venue rental provides everything you need for your perfect day.

The Wedding Package

For a 3 day access: $8,500

Day 1: Set up (10am - 6pm) | Day 2: Event (8am - 11pm) | Day 3: Clean up (9am - 12pm)

Deposit to save your date: $1,500

$3,500 8 months prior to wedding and $3,500 90 days prior to wedding

What's Included

Use of total access to the brown barn, includes outside and inside usage

Use of the outside for the white barn; can not use the inside for guest purposes

Grass area between the barns

Covered bar top area (great for cocktail hour)

Bar/cocktail area/dance floor

Shade structures that include propane fire pits and outdoor seating

Bride and groom's suites/areas

Parking lot

Garbage Dumpster

Guest capacity: 275 people

30 round 60-inch tables that typically seat 8 guests

Extensive Borrowing room (Things can be borrowed such as bud vases, candles, chargers, tea, lights, wood rounds, etc.)
