Can we serve hard alcohol?
Yes! We require you to have a licensed bartender. They do not need to carry insurance as the venue insurance will cover this area.
What if the weather changes, and it is either raining or too hot?
The brown barn has the ability to fit up to 300 people inside that will serve as the ceremony and reception area. We have an indoor bar that we will roll in during these occasions, so that guests do not need to brave the weather. For events that are too hot we have port-a-coolers that can be placed at the entrance of the reception area to create air flow. For our events that are too cold we offer a rental package of 5 propane heaters at a flat rate of $100. The brown barn will have blown heat inside to create comfort for guests.
Are you ADA compliant?
The entire venue is flat and very wheelchair friendly. For restrooms we have a separate single stall restroom located by the getting ready rooms that can accommodate your guests.
Can we pay extra to stay later?
Unfortunately we have a strict cut off time of 11pm due to county ordinance compliance regulations.
What is your smoking/recreational drug policy?
We have designated smoking areas for your guests. We have a strict no marijuana/illegal substance policy.
Do we need to use specific vendors?
No! You may bring in whatever vendors you feel necessary to create the best event possible.
Can we have an open flame?
Yes but no. You may have sparklers in the designated area, but you may not have open flames. Open flames include but are not limited to candles, non venue fire pits, and or bon fires.
Am I allowed to have firearms on the premises?
No firearms are allowed at or to be used at the venue.
Can I bring my pet?
We allow dogs, but not cats due to an allergy on our team. Once the ceremony is complete you must kennel or take your dog off the premises.
